We operate on a pure open-source contributions model, where developers are compensated for their contributions if the project budget allows. The Projects you'll encounter

You'll also see that each project is managed by one or more dedicated project leads. They will be your primary contact for reviewing your contributions, providing feedback and sending you rewards (if eligible). Each project has its own community, so be sure to join that as well!
