My payment is blocked
According to the situation that fits you best, you are able to create different billing profiles to better manage your payment preferences and your accounts. Many of you have been exercising as "individuals".
When you are an individual, you can create a billing profile without a legal structure, limited to rewards of up to $5,000 per year.
This limit has been imposed for legal reasons. For those of you have already reached more than $5,000 in a year, you will notice that your payment is blocked.

Do not fret! This does not mean that the payment is lost. It is just blocked until you create a legal structure and verify it. Even if you verified your profile in KYC, when you have a legal structure a KYB is necessary.
If you pass this limit, you will be asked to create a legal structure. Meaning, you will be known as "self employed". Once your legal structure is created, please go through the verification process to verify your profile (KYB).
